These figures are for the 1757 Russian collection. I had no plans to have another Russian collection as I have one for the 1768-1774 Ottoman Wars. But when Charles S. Grant started his collection and was writing volume 12 of Refighting History which features the Russians during the SYW, I became hooked and started the 1757 miniatures.
The 1757 collection is probably sixty percent completed. With more infantry, cavalry and artillery in the pipeline. In fact another infantry regiment is due to be painted in April.
The delay in completion is due to butterflying between 18th century timelines and armies. I have so many projects on the go ..........
